We are what we think. The author outlines areas in our lives and offers suggestions on making choices that will lead to happiness, self-esteme and peace of mind. BUT, you will only get these wonderful benefits if you are willing to put in the time it takes to transform yourself into a self-actualizing assertive person. It can be a life-long process. I am finding this book extremely interesting and insightful. The author illuminates the way to true personal growth and does not simplify or sugar-coat life and its obstacles. On the other hand, its motivating, uplifting and encouraging, bringing together ideas of great thinkers and the great faiths. It's a gem that I will re-read, recommend and keep!
